HexBio is an invite-only bio link platform at hexbio.net. It lets you create a public profile page with your links, a bio, and a custom look.
Questions? Reach us on our Discord server.
When you register: your username and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We never store your actual password. We do not ask for your email address — ever.
When you log in: we keep your last login IP address so we can lock your account if someone keeps getting your password wrong. This gets overwritten every time you log in.
When someone visits your profile: we record a scrambled version of their IP (to count unique views) and basic info like what browser they used and where they came from. We never store the real IP for this.
Your profile content: your display name, bio, avatar URL, links, and all the appearance settings you set in the dashboard.
What we never collect: email addresses, phone numbers, payment info, or location data.
We use exactly one cookie — a login session cookie. It's just a random ID that keeps you logged in. It contains no personal data and gets deleted when you log out.
Your colour theme preference is saved on your device (in browser storage), not on our servers.
No ad cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts.
No. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
We use Cloudflare to protect the platform from attacks and handle HTTPS. Cloudflare processes your connection before it reaches our servers — that's it. No advertising or analytics partners.
Your data stays as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, everything is permanently removed. Server logs are cleared after 30 days.
From your dashboard you can edit or delete everything at any time — your bio, links, avatar, appearance, and your whole account. Setting your profile to private makes it invisible to the public.
Want to know exactly what data we have on you? Ask us on our Discord server.
If we update this policy, the date at the top changes. Since we don't have your email, we can't notify you directly — just check back here if you're curious.
