Terms of Service

Accepting these terms

By using HexBio (hexbio.net) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. These terms apply to everyone — visitors and registered users alike.

Who can join

To register you need to be at least 13 years old and have a valid invite code — HexBio is invite-only. By signing up you're confirming these are true.

Your account

Your username is your identity on the platform — keep it appropriate. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password safe.

We don't collect email addresses, so if you forget your password and can't log in, we have very limited ways to help. Store your login details somewhere safe.

What you can't do

HexBio is for your personal bio page. Please don't use it to:

• Share malware, phishing links, or anything designed to harm people.
• Post or link to anything illegal.
• Pretend to be someone else.
• Harass or threaten anyone.
• Try to hack or abuse the platform.
• Spam people or promote sketchy stuff.

Prohibited content

Your profile and links must not contain:

• Adult or sexually explicit content.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
• Hate speech toward any person or group.
• Links to pirated or illegal files.
• Anything designed to deceive or mislead visitors.

Your content

Everything on your profile — your bio, links, avatar, and other content — belongs to you. By posting it, you give us permission to store and display it as part of running the service. That permission ends when you remove the content or delete your account.

Invite codes

Each invite code is single-use and personal. Don't sell invite codes or dump them publicly — that's not what they're for. Abusing the invite system can get your account suspended.

Account removal

You can delete your account any time from the Settings page. All your data will be gone permanently.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules — usually without notice if it's serious. If you think a suspension was a mistake, reach out on our Discord server.

Liability

HexBio is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running but we can't guarantee it'll always be available. We're not responsible for content that other users post on their profiles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, the date at the top changes. Since we don't have your email, we can't notify you directly — check back here if you're curious.
